ETL Developer - 5+ Years - Gurugram
An exciting opportunity for an experienced ETL Developer to join a fast-paced analytics-driven environment. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable ETL pipelines, working with large datasets, and enabling data integration for business-critical insights.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop ETL workflows using Dataiku, Alteryx, or Informatica.
• Collaborate with data architects and business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Build and maintain data models, schemas, and data warehouses (star/snowflake, ER modeling).
• Extract, transform, and load large datasets from Oracle and relational databases into target stores.
• Write advanced SQL queries for data processing and analysis.
• Use Python for data transformation, automation, and integration scripting.
• Optimize ETL processes for performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Ensure data quality, accuracy, and adherence to best practices in coding, testing, and documentation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of ETL development experience.
• Strong hands-on skills with Dataiku, Alteryx, or Informatica.
• Proficiency in SQL and Oracle databases.
• Strong data modeling skills and experience with enterprise-scale data warehouses.
• Proficiency in Python for data processing and automation.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Exposure to cloud data platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP) and Agile methodologies is a plus.
