Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop

commercial ethnic wear collections

Create

seasonal forecasts, themes, and range plans

Strong understanding of

Indian textiles, prints, embroidery & surface techniques

Work closely with sourcing, sampling, and production teams Ensure designs meet

target cost, MRP, and margin

Participate in

design negotiations and approvals

Conduct

market research and trend analysis

Willing to

travel for markets, vendors, and exhibitions

Desired Profile:

5-8 years of experience in

Ethnic Wear Designing

Strong exposure to

Kurta Sets, Kurtis, Suits, Indo-Western

Experience with

large retail brands / buying houses / export houses

(Landmark, Reliance, MAX, Pantaloons, Aditya Birla Group preferred)

Excellent

fashion sense with business acumen

Smart, proactive, and detail-oriented
