About the Role:We are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketer to plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across paid channels. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital media buying, audience segmentation, and ROI-focused marketing.Key Responsibilities:- Plan and execute paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms.- Manage end-to-end campaign setup, optimization, and reporting to drive measurable performance.- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and ad copy testing to improve CTR and conversion rates.- Track and analyze campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPL, CPA, ROAS, etc.) and derive actionable insights.- Collaborate with the creative and content teams to develop engaging ad creatives and landing pages.- Optimize campaigns for cost efficiency and lead quality, ensuring alignment with business objectives.- Conduct A/B tests on ad creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies to identify growth opportunities.- Stay updated with digital marketing trends, tools, and platform updates.- Prepare and share weekly and monthly performance reports with key insights and recommendations.Key Skills Required:- Strong understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital platforms.- Experience with performance metrics, analytics tools, and dashboards (Google Analytics, Data Studio, etc.).- Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets for campaign tracking and data analysis.- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
