Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated faculty member to teach

Ethics, Integrity, and Aptitude

(GS Paper IV) for UPSC/Civil Services aspirants. The ideal candidate will have:

Retired from administrative services (IAS/IPS/IRS or equivalent)

preferred

Strong understanding of governance, public administration, and ethical frameworks Experience in teaching, mentoring, or guiding students for competitive exams Ability to simplify complex concepts and provide real-life examples

Responsibilities:

Conduct classes (online or in-person) covering the Ethics, Integrity, and Aptitude syllabus Guide students on case studies and answer-writing strategies Mentor students on developing critical thinking and decision-making skills Provide timely feedback and support

Requirements:

Retired from government service preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Passion for teaching and mentoring civil service aspirants
