Job Title: Ethical Hacking Trainer (Kids 12-14)
Role Summary:
Teach fun, safe, age-appropriate ethical hacking and cybersecurity basics to kids aged 12-14. Turn complex concepts into simple activities and small projects. Focus strongly on ethics, digital safety, and legal boundaries.
Key Responsibilities:
Teach kids cybersecurity fundamentals (network basics, passwords, safe browsing, etc.)
Create kid-friendly lesson plans, slides, and hands-on labs
Run small CTF-style challenges in safe sandbox environments
Emphasize ethics, respect, privacy, and legal rules in every class
Track student progress and share updates with parents
Requirements:
Good knowledge of cybersecurity basics
Experience teaching or mentoring children (preferred)
Patient, friendly, and able to simplify technical topics
Basic coding knowledge (Python/JS helpful)
Must follow child-safety and safeguarding rules
Desirable:
Experience designing STEM activities for kids
Cybersecurity certification (optional but useful)
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
