- Review and Recommendation of ER Action within 7 days of receipt of report/ Case.
- Conducting of CoC / CR / Employee Relation awareness sessions at regional level.
- To review and propose action to be taken in case of deviant practices reported to ER.
- As per the need, attending to Legal cases & disputes before Labour Commissioner / Court of Law.
- Coordinating with the business to implement ER Actions / Disciplinary process.
- Ensuring following of ER process end to end for every case.
- Effective verbal / email Interaction with Business / Internal Audit / Vigilance HR/CIC teams.
- To provide adequate support and guidance to the business / admin on the ER policies/process at Regional Level.
- Delivery and Execution of Special Projects as assign by seniors.
- Coordinating with business/ admin/ lawyers in dealing in respect of legal cases at Regional Level.
- Providing necessary guidance to junior associates.
- Recording of action taken.
- Preferably should have Good skills of Microsoft Excel/Word and PowerPoint.
