who will be responsible for identifying, preparing, and submitting tenders/bids related to manpower supply, maintenance, cleanliness, and sanitation services on various
Government e-Procurement portals
such as GeM, CPPP, and state-specific portals. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in handling the complete tendering process--from documentation and registration to final submission and post-bid follow-up.
Key Responsibilities:
Search, identify, and analyze suitable tenders from
central and state government portals
, for relevant tenders related to manpower, sanitation, and maintenance.
Analyze tender documents to understand scope, eligibility criteria, and technical/commercial requirements.
Handle
online tender filling, uploading, and submission
processes on e-procurement platforms (GeM, CPP, e-Tender, etc.).
Prepare
technical and financial bid documents
as per tender requirements.
Coordinate with concerned departments for
relevant documents, certifications, and approvals
.
Maintain a database of
submitted, ongoing, and awarded tenders
.
Track tender status, clarifications, corrigendums, and updates from departments.
Ensure
timely submission
of bids and compliance with all tender terms and conditions.
Follow up with clients or government departments post-submission for updates or clarifications.
Maintain updated documentation such as company profile, certifications (EPF, ESI, GST, PAN, Labour License, etc.), and other statutory requirements.
Assist in
vendor registration, empanelment, and document renewal
on e-portals.
Prepare
MIS reports
and submit weekly updates to the management.
Required Skills and Competencies:
Strong knowledge of
Government e-Tendering / e-Procurement portals
(GeM, CPP, NIC, etc.)
Proficiency in
MS Office (Excel, Word, PDF tools)
and document formatting.
Good understanding of
technical and financial bid preparation
.
Excellent
attention to detail
and document verification skills.
Strong
time management and communication
abilities.
Ability to
work independently and meet strict deadlines
.
Qualifications and Experience:
Graduate in any discipline (Preference: Commerce, Business Administration, or related field).
Minimum
2-4 years of experience
in government tender filling and bid management.
Experience in
MSME / PSU / Central & State Govt. tenders
will be an added advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
