We involved in turnkey projects and we are not involved in high rise building project. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITY 1. Strong aesthetic sense and design capabilities. 2. Creative thinking and skill to solve infrastructural and operational issues with design. 3. Drive to go beyond design and experience the user journey to identify and solve everyday operational challenges. 4. Innovative thinking to continuously find alternatives and improvise designs and drawings. 5. Zeal to experiment with new materials and details. 6. Understanding of prototype development and strong attention to detail. 7. Understanding of scalability cost and timelines. 8. A platform to constantly evaluate and evolve the design based on consumer feedback. 9. Excellent in design and development and according to be brief given by the client and backend forth coordination with the principal architect and the client. 10. Expertise in Detailed working drawings, electrical drawings, plumbing drawings and interior wall elevations. 11. Coordination with HVAC and MEP consultants. 12. Should be able to make regular site visits to check progress of the work as per the design and detailed drawings given. 13. Updating minutes of meeting in proper emails to all the parties concerned. 14. Should be excellent in detailing to site services and detailed working drawings. 15. Should be good in coordination with coordination with vendors and contractors. Skills 1. Candidate must have an experience of 10 years. 2. Modular design (material knowledge aesthetics functionally, module planning). 3. Technical design (material knowledge execution and drawing preparation. 4. Preparing BOQ as per design. 5. Good communication and presentation skills are mandatory. 6. Relevant experience of working on commercial interiors and residential interior projects. 7. Strong design sensibility. 8. Great team player with a positive attitude to go the extra mile. 9. Candidate should have multi tasking ability, with time management and organizational skills. 10. Research and decide on materials and products sourcing. 11. Expertise in layout, color, lightning materials selection, custom furniture and all installations. 12. Expertise in artistic ability vision and creativity. 1. Manage a portfolio of architectural and interior design projects. 2. Coordinate with internal/ external design/services consultants & clients representatives. 3. Work with the other design and engineering professionals on concepts, develop design and coordinate project delivery process. 4. Communicate conceptual deigns and create/ maintain project documentation before, during & after construction. 5. Travel for site assessments , design coordination meetings , internal design meeting, construction review and to interface with authorities, design consultants quantity surveyors & building owners. 6. Lead initiatives aimed at improving cost, quality, schedule and planning, executive turnkey projects. 7. Perform and present business case analysis. EXPERIENCE 1. Working knowledge and experience with Multi- disciplinary projects. 3. Vendor and consultant management skills. 4. Proficient in working with AUTOCAD, Revit MS- office site. 5. Excellent communication skills attention to detail & high quality standards. 6. Ability to effectively communication design standards to internal & external project partners. 7. Ability to manage multiple fast paced projects simultaneously. 8. Ability to travel. 9. Utilize knowledge of hospitality furniture and technology, and custom furniture and lighting solutions, finishes, materials, color selections, and ID specifications 10. Produce furniture plans, specifications, material selections and schedules needed for construction documentation independently or with minimal supervision 11. Participate in the selection of furniture systems and specifications 12. Specify products and materials 13. Specify equipment, materials, and supplies required for the completion and implementation of the projects 14. Create and present materials to executive management for internal and external events 15. Manage the interior design process for an entire project consistent with project\xe2\x80\x99s program, budget and time constraints 16. Perform professional architectural design and project management for construction projects 17. Coordinate project teams in the progress of architectural design and construction drawings, interior design drawings, specifications, schedule, cost estimates and project reports 18. Develop technical specifications for interior projects QUALITCATION A. Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in architecture construction management or equivalent ( masters degree preferred. B. 10- years of professional practice in Architecture/ interior design. C. Experience in application of building information modeling BIM software on projects through completion auto desk Revit preferred. D. Familiar with construction/ project management software. E. Ability to collaborate with drawings production. F. Lead and guide a team of senior staff members. G. Interact and consult with clients innovate new ways to raise the bar for the team and the company. H. Over looking a team of interior designers. I. Guide and support with creative and technical aspects of office interiors. J. Space planning of office/commercial interior project in AUTOCAD. K. Meeting deadlines and deadlines and maintain quality of the products and services. L. Excellent time and management skills. Job Type: Full-time Salary: 940,000.00 - 950,000.00 per month Schedule:
