Analyse labour, materials, timelines, and subcontractor quotations to determine project costs.
Coordinate with the design, production, and procurement teams for updated rates and technical clarifications.
Prepare detailed quotations and pricing sheets for clients.
Revise estimates based on design changes or client feedback.
Maintain cost databases, vendor lists, and updated pricing references.
Support project managers during execution by clarifying costing and material details.
Ensure estimates are submitted within deadlines with high accuracy.
