Study the scope of work & tender document, Prepare the tender review sheet, Review the basic design. \xef\x82\xb7 Create the estimation BOQ and link it with client BOQ if required. Attending clarification meetings with the Client. \xef\x82\xb7 Vender Development. Cost comparison. Cost Reduction. Preparing the Quotations as per RFQ. \xef\x82\xb7 Re-pairing material requirement for critical components floating enquiries to our sub-vendors along with technical annexure. \xef\x82\xb7 To provide the technical support to sales department and whenever required, discussing the requirement of client and making the appropriate deviations as per our manufacturing feasibility. \xef\x82\xb7 To making the profit break up and calculating the average profit of entire order after receipt of the order \xef\x82\xb7 To prepare the BOQ / Work Order & coordinating with the design department for fabrication drawings. \xef\x82\xb7 Study client drawings and based on the inputs from concerned sales team and discussion with sales team prepare the concept drawings and submit the proposal for the project. \xef\x82\xb7 Coordinate with sales team incise of any issues, requirement of data etc. for preparation of proposals. \xef\x82\xb7 Assist the sales team in case of any presentations required for the project. \xef\x82\xb7 Weekly and monthly estimation reports to be sent. \xef\x82\xb7 Identifying potential problems with materials or design that could affect costs or manufacturing time frames \xef\x82\xb7 Determining material costs, labor rates, and overhead expenses for each step of a project and adding them up to calculate an overall estimate \xef\x82\xb7 Consulting with architects, engineers, and contractors to determine costs for various materials and equipment \xef\x82\xb7 Estimating the time required to complete a project by analyzing the scope of work and the resources available to complete the job \xef\x82\xb7 Communicating with clients and other members of the team to answer questions about materials or design changes Qualifications: \xef\x82\xb7 BE Mech. / DME with at least 3 year of experience in a similar industry is essential \xef\x82\xb7 Excellent communication and organizational skills Other Skills: \xef\x82\xb7 Candidate should be from Lift / elevators/ Crane industry or material handling or from Heavy Machinery. \xef\x82\xb7 Organized and detail-oriented \xef\x82\xb7 Fast-paced, works with a get-it-done attitude \xef\x82\xb7 Creative and a problem solver \xef\x82\xb7 Experience in simplifying processes, challenging status quos \xef\x82\xb7 Good written and oral communication skills *************************** Job Types: Permanent, Full-time Salary: \xe2\x82\xb9500,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb9600,000.00 per year Benefits:
