We are hiring an experienced and detail-oriented

Estimator

to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle cost estimation, budgeting, contract management, and cost control throughout the project lifecycle. This role requires close coordination with engineering, architecture, procurement, and vendor teams to ensure timely, cost-efficient, and quality project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs, rate analysis, and project budget forecasts for all phases of civil works (foundation, structure, finishing, external works, etc.) Conduct feasibility studies and cost planning during pre-tender stages Review quotations, evaluate subcontractors/vendors, and assist in contract negotiation & finalization Extract quantities from drawings (AutoCAD or equivalent) and verify all technical specifications Monitor project costs, track budget variances, and ensure effective cost control Process and manage variations, change orders, and update BOQs accordingly Verify subcontractor bills, supplier invoices, and reconcile material usage vs estimates Maintain compliance with contract terms, project quality standards, and safety requirements Coordinate with project engineers, architects, site teams, and procurement for seamless execution

Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related discipline Minimum

3 years of experience

in residential/villa construction projects Strong practical knowledge of BOQ preparation, rate analysis, IS codes, and regional construction standards Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and costing/billing tools Strong numerical, analytical, and negotiation skills Excellent attention to detail, communication, and teamwork abilities Ability to handle pressure and meet project timelines

Pay: ₹28,385.70 - ₹35,718.97 per month
