B.Tech in Civil Engineering

Experience:

3-4 years in estimation (site experience is a bonus)

Salary:

?20,000 - ?25,000 per month

Job Overview:

We are looking for a

Civil Estimator

with a strong grasp of architectural and structural drawings, market rates, and work planning. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, analytical, and capable of supporting project execution from planning to budgeting.

Key Responsibilities:

Drawing Analysis & Quantity Take-off

Analyze

architectural, structural, and elevation drawings

to calculate accurate material and labor quantities. Assign

market rates

to materials and services.

Estimate Preparation

Prepare

complete cost estimates

including materials, labor, and equipment, based on technical drawings.

Project Work Planning

Develop work plans ensuring

timeline feasibility

and enabling

simultaneous execution of multiple tasks

.

Team Coordination

Collaborate consistently with the

Project Manager, Supervisor, and Execution Manager

to ensure alignment on estimates and work plans.

Deviation Management

In case of project changes,

recalculate estimates

and

communicate cost and timeline impacts

promptly to the team.

Requirements:

B.Tech in Civil Engineering 3-4 years of hands-on experience in estimation Site experience will be considered a plus Proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural/structural drawings Strong skills in MS Excel, estimation tools, and basic project planning Good communication and coordination skills
