Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Estimator with strong knowledge of Flooring and Painting works. The candidate should be capable of preparing accurate quantity takeoffs, cost estimates, and supporting project teams with detailed pricing and analysis.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare detailed quantity takeoffs and cost estimates for Flooring and Painting scopes Review and analyze architectural drawings and project specifications Calculate material, labor, and overall project costs Prepare BOQs and estimates in MS Excel Update estimates based on revisions, RFIs, and client feedback Coordinate with project managers and internal teams
Required Skills

Strong knowledge of Flooring and Painting estimation Ability to read and interpret construction drawings High accuracy in quantity takeoffs Good time management and attention to detail Strong communication and coordination skills
Software Skills

Bluebeam Revu PlanSwift / On-Screen Takeoff (any one preferred) MS Excel (BOQ preparation, formulas) AutoCAD (basic knowledge preferred)
Qualification

Civil Engineering / Construction-related background preferred
Preferred Candidate Profile

1-3 years of experience in Flooring and Painting estimation Experience with US construction projects is a plus Immediate joiner preferred

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
