Job Description

:

Preparation of bill of quantities (BOQ) of various work items such as RCC work, Masonry work, Internal & External plaster, painting work, flooring work, Plumbing work, etc.

Preparation of quantities of various work items for billing purpose.

Checking of various work items as per approved construction drawings and site verification works executed by the contractor.

Preparation of final jobs close out report and analyzing with theoretical quantities verses actual quantities and preparation of as built drawings.

Preparation of rate analysis for variation orders.

Able to read blueprints, sketches, construction drawings etc., in order to plan time, materials, labor and costs estimates

Reconciliation of material.

Well Co-ordination with site engineers to verify the quantities.

Site visit as per schedule.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?28,000.00 per month
