Key Responsibilities
Prepare
accurate BOQ
, estimates, and price quotations for interior and furniture projects.
Analyze project drawings and specifications to determine material requirements.
Collaborate with design and project teams to ensure correct quantity take-offs.
Maintain cost databases, material lists, and vendor pricing.
Ensure timely submission of BOQs and quotations.
Required Skills
Minimum
2+ years of experience
in BOQ preparation Required.
Strong proficiency in
SketchUp
.
Good working knowledge of
AutoCAD
.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in measurements.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
