Job Description

Qualifications:

Experience: 2 to 3 years in estimating, preferably in interior design or construction.

Education: Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in estimation software (e.g., Bluebeam, PlanSwift).

Familiarity with AutoCAD or design software.

Strong understanding of construction materials and costs.

Responsibilities:

Cost Estimation: Prepare accurate cost estimates for projects based on design plans and specifications.

Budget Management: Assist in maintaining project budgets and identifying cost-saving opportunities.

Collaboration: Work closely with designers, project managers, and clients to understand project requirements.

Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and material costs to provide relevant estimates.

Reporting: Prepare detailed reports and presentations of estimates for stakeholders.

Skills:

Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze project requirements and costs.

Attention to Detail: Precision in calculations and documentation.

Communication: Effective verbal and written communication skills for collaborating with team members and clients.
