Job Title: Estimation & Quantity Manager


Function: E&Q

Location: Mumbai



Job Responsibility includes working on Estimation & Quantity of Commercial & High-End Luxury Residential / Townships Projects.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITES: -

1. Estimation of large prestigious high-end interior fit-out projects

2. Preparation of bills of quantities.

3. Adjudication of contractor's claims (measurement).

4. Estimating and cost control.

5. Preparation of contract documents.

6. Interpreting and checking drawings, tender documents, quantities and estimates.

7. Verifying sub-contractor's claims and verification of Quantity Surveyor's calculations progress of work at site and material on-site / off-site.

8. Maintaining supplier / subcontractor database

9. Reviews and comments on technical and commercial specifications.

10. Prepares material takeoffs to allow Purchasing Dept to obtain market pricing

Job Expectations:

11. Coordinates with Production department.

12. Manages and reviews the performance of Estimating team.

13. Helps establish and periodically review the Estimating Policies and Procedures of the Company.

14. Manages the retention of important bid documents/technical specifications according to the

15. Policies and Procedures of the Company as established by the Controller.



EDUCATION: -

B.Tech/B.E. - Civil/Mechanical Work experience of 7-10 years and above.
