Develop comprehensive project proposals by reviewing contractual documents and coordinating with technical teams.
Collaborate with design and engineering departments to deliver cost-effective, client-specific solutions.
Manage financial aspects including payment terms (BG, ABG, PBG) and cost verification.
Lead the complete bidding process (RFP, RFQ, and online bidding platforms).
Required Skills & Experience:
Proven experience in turnkey/EPC
Electrical, Instrumentation & Control Systems
projects (PLCs, DCS, VFDs).
Strong background in
Proposal Writing, Bid Management, and Cost Estimation

Familiarity with
Electrical Panels, Control Panels, PLC, SCADA, and DCS systems
.
Industry exposure in
Oil & Gas, Pharmaceuticals, Metals, and Chemicals
.
Experience in
team and people management
