We are seeking a detail-focused & technically strong Estimation Executive to handle BOQ preparation, cost estimation & quotation submissions for our fire-safety & MEP-related projects. This is a fully office-based role requiring strong numerical accuracy & understanding of project specifications.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare detailed Bill of Quantity (BOQ) based on drawings, project specifications and site inputs
Estimate material quantities, labour requirements & overall project cost
Prepare & submit accurate quotations within scheduled timelines
Coordinate with the engineering & procurement teams for pricing & technical inputs
Maintain updated cost databases, vendor rates & material lists
Ensure all estimates comply with industry standards & company guidelines
Support project teams with clarification on quantities & cost-related queries
Requirements
Minimum 2 years' experience in MEP works
(estimation experience preferred)
Diploma / B.Tech in Electrical, Mechanical or M.Sc Mathematics / Physics
Strong numerical & analytical skills
Ability to interpret technical drawings & specifications
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
Good communication & documentation skills
Ability to work accurately with deadlines
