Are you detail-oriented, customer-focused, and experienced in furniture fittings or architectural hardware₹ We're looking for a proactive Estimation Executive to join our dynamic sales team and play a key role in driving accurate quotations and seamless order execution. Key Responsibilities
Prepare accurate quotations using system software & Excel by referring to our product catalogue
Process LPOs efficiently and coordinate with stores for timely deliveries
Track orders and upcoming shipments to ensure on-time client fulfilment
Coordinate with logistics and suppliers for special or customized items
Maintain quotation registers and organized records of pending LPOs
Communicate with clients to resolve queries and provide technical support
Handle professional email communication, follow-ups, and status updates
Deliver excellent customer service with a client-centric approach
Manage time effectively to meet quotation deadlines and client expectations
Preferred Industry Experience: -
Furniture fittings, architectural tools, hardware manufacturing or distribution
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
Sales-related certifications are an added advantage
Experience:
- 2-4 years of direct sales experience in furniture fittings (preferred)
Key Skills: -
Strong English communication (written & verbal)
Good product knowledge
Attention to detail and multitasking ability
Working Hours: - 6 days a week | 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM (after confirmation alternate Saturday off as per Manager and Management's decision).
Salary:
- As per industry standards, based on experience and last drawn salary
