Study project drawings, specifications, and tender documents to prepare BOQ and cost estimates.
Conduct material take-offs and labour cost analysis.
Coordinate with suppliers/subcontractors to obtain competitive quotes.
Prepare technical and commercial proposals.
Work closely with design, project, and procurement teams to ensure accuracy of estimates.
Support management during tender clarifications, negotiations, and finalization.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering (as relevant).
2-6 years
' experience in estimation/tendering in MEP contracting industry.
Strong knowledge of industry standards, materials, and pricing trends.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation software.
Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
