Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly experienced

Estimation Engineer

with over

10 years of expertise

in

construction and interior fit-out projects

. The ideal candidate will manage all cost-related aspects of construction projects, ensuring accurate estimation, cost control, and efficient contract administration.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed

cost estimates

,

BOQs

, and

rate analyses

for various project stages. Manage

contract administration

, including tendering, bid evaluations, and variation claims. Oversee

project budgeting

, cost monitoring, and financial reporting. Conduct

value engineering

and ensure cost optimization without compromising quality. Handle

vendor and subcontractor negotiations

for competitive pricing and compliance. Evaluate and process

variations

,

claims

, and

final accounts

. Coordinate with

clients, consultants, and project teams

to ensure project efficiency. Maintain detailed

Excel-based cost reports

and integrate cost data with

Primavera P6

schedules. Review

AutoCAD drawings

and prepare precise quantity take-offs.

Qualifications:
