The

Estimation Engineer

is responsible for preparing cost estimates and BOQs (Bill of Quantities) for our ongoing projects.

Job Location:

1. Kolkata - West Bengal - India. - 1 Position.

2. Raipur - Chhattisgarh - India. - 1 Position.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed cost estimates for civil works, finishing, and infrastructure based on drawings and technical specifications.

Develop and validate quantities from drawings using estimation software or manual methods.

Create and review BOQs as per requirement

Assist in project budgeting during pre-construction phases.

Support the project team with cost data and budget updates.

Analyze actual project costs and compare them with estimates.

Vendor & Rate Analysis:

Analyze and compare supplier and subcontractor rates.

Maintain a rate database for various materials and services.

Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and MEP teams to ensure estimates align with design scope.

Attend site visits for estimation validation.

Budget preparation & monitoring.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Proficient of using

Microsoft Office, PPT, Auto Cad,

ERP software in related field Good understanding of construction methods, materials, and codes. Strong mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills &

Team Player

. Good communication and negotiation skills.

Excellent communication in speaking & writing.

Education Qualification:

BE/B.Tech/MTech in Civil Engineering.

NICMAR/RICS/ PGP in Construction Management/ PMP will be added advantage

Experience:

5 yrs-10 yrs exp in relatable field.
