Estimation Engineer

Experience- Minimum 6 years

Salary - 40k - 50K

Job Responsibilities-

Developing detailed cost estimates for projects by analyzing blueprints, specifications, and other relevant documents. Managing project budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring that projects stay within the allocated financial parameters. Utilizing analytical tools and software to forecast costs, analyse data, and identify potential cost-saving opportunities. Working closely with project managers, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to gather information, resolve issues, and ensure accurate estimates Monitoring project costs, identifying variances, and implementing corrective actions to maintain cost control. Maintaining detailed records of cost estimates, assumptions, and any changes made during the project lifecycle.

Skills-

Technical Skills:

Strong understanding of engineering principles, construction methods, and cost estimation techniques.

Analytical Skills:

Ability to analyse data, identify trends, and make informed decisions based on cost information.

Software Proficiency:

Proficiency in using cost estimation software and other relevant computer systems.

Organizational Skills:

Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

Teamwork:

Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and contribute to a positive work environment.

Qualification-

Bachelor's degree in engineering (e.g., civil, mechanical, electrical) or construction management
