B.E. in Civil Engineering or Diploma in Civil Engineering
Minimum of 7+ years of experience in the construction field
Strong skills in BOQ (Bill of Quantities) preparation
Vendor analysis and negotiation expertise
Proficient in purchasing civil products
Ability to negotiate contract terms and pricing
Strong analytical skills for assessing the quality of purchased products
Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems
