Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed cost estimatesfor civil, structural, and finishing works for residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects.
Review tender documents, drawings, BOQs, and specificationsto prepare accurate quantity take-offs.
Analyze rates for materials, labor, equipment*, and subcontracting works.

Prepare and submit technical and commercial bidswithin specified timelines.
Coordinate with the design, procurement, and project execution teams for cost validation.
Update and maintain rate analysisand cost database for materials and works.
Prepare comparative statementsand assist in vendor negotiations.
Support in preparing budget estimates and cost control reportsduring project execution.
Ensure compliance with company estimation standards and project requirements.
Utilize ERP systems and Advanced Excelfor estimation and reporting purposes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Diploma with relevant experience may be considered).
3-8 years of experience in estimation, quantity surveying, or cost engineering, preferably in real estate / constructionprojects.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel (Advanced), and estimation software(e.g., Candy, CostX, or similar).
Familiarity with ERP systemsfor cost estimation and project management.
Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and coordination abilities.

Experience in residential or commercial building estimation*.

Knowledge of rate analysis as per DSR / market rates*.

Ability to prepare value engineering and cost optimization proposals*.
