Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Civil Estimation Engineer to handle cost estimation, BOQ preparation, and budgeting for civil construction projects. The role involves analyzing drawings and specifications to ensure accurate project costing and cost control throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs, and rate analysis Study drawings, specifications, and tender documents Ensure accurate quantity take-offs Coordinate with design, site, and procurement teams Prepare tender submissions, comparative statements, and cost break-ups Monitor cost variations, extra items, and deviations during execution Support budgeting, cost control, and value engineering initiatives Maintain estimation data, reports, and documentation
Eligibility:

Experience: 4-5 years in civil estimation / civil construction projects Qualification: B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Mandatory)
Key Skills Required:

Strong knowledge of civil construction methods, materials, and costing Expertise in BOQ preparation, quantity take-off, and rate analysis Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and estimation-related software Good analytical, communication, and coordination skills High attention to detail with strong commercial understanding
