Reviewing the drawings and specifications of the projects prepared by the design team, and accordingly creating the final detail or Bill of Quantities (BoQ)
Reviews the Contract Documents to become acquainted with requirements and specifications of the project.
Assists in developing and preparing Job Budget by activity based on the Contract.
Understand the Construction Civil system.
BBS calculation, quantity takeoff, market rate analysis
Coordinating with Sub-Con/Supplier, Techno-commercial analysis of all the Material prior to material submittal
Identifying the cost and time constraints
Knowing the supply cost for each individual element.
Determining the labor requirements for completing the project.
Maintaining an civil cost database.
Negotiating with the suppliers and vendors.
Maintaining a healthy relationship with the vendors.
Notifying to the client for any changes
Completing the project bids as per the guidelines.

Reporting to Tendering & Estimation Manager
Desired profile of the candidate
Bachelor's degree in engineering (Civil Engineer)
Proven work experience as a cost estimator using mathematical skills.
Working knowledge of MS Office applications with advanced MS. Excel skills and Candy Estimation Software Advantage.
Advanced knowledge of construction and engineering processes.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Advanced analytical skills.
