Key Responsibilities

Quantity Surveying*

Prepare BBS (Bar Bending Schedule) and calculate finishing quantities for high-rise building projects.

Prepare accurate BOQs (Bills of Quantities) aligned with project requirements.

Budgeting & Costing*

Develop and manage project budgets, optimizing costs without compromising quality.

Analyze costs and recommend cost-efficient strategies.

Cost Monitoring*

Monitor ongoing project costs to ensure adherence to budget.

Track variances and recommend corrective actions.

Reconciliation*

Reconcile construction materials such as steel, concrete, cement, tiles, etc.

RERA Compliance*

Knowledge of RERA regulations and preparation of Architectural and Engineering Certificates.

Technical Skills

Basic knowledge of AutoCAD for measurement and drawing interpretation.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting.

Experience- 6 to 10 yrs

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹105,000.00 per month
