Key Responsibilities:

Independently prepare

accurate and detailed cost estimations

for villa and residential home projects.

Conduct

site visits

to collect necessary project data.

Interact directly with

clients

to understand project needs and budgets.

Coordinate and report to the

DGM/project team

on all estimation activities.

Submit estimation reports

within deadlines

.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years

of experience in estimation for residential projects (villa/home).

Strong knowledge in

costing, material specifications, and site evaluation

.

Excellent

communication and client-handling skills

.

Ability to

work independently

with minimal supervision.

B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering

preferred.
