works, capable of preparing accurate estimates, coordinating with project teams, and ensuring cost efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare accurate and detailed
cost estimates
, BOQ, and tender documents for civil, structural, and interior fit-out projects.
Conduct
rate analysis
and prepare comparison statements for vendor evaluation.
Review drawings, specifications, and project scope to ensure complete and accurate estimates.
Coordinate with project, procurement, and design teams for data collection and clarifications.
Prepare and maintain
budgeting and cost control reports
, cash flow statements, and material reconciliations.
Evaluate and verify
contractor bills
as per project progress.
Attend technical meetings with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
Support procurement in identifying cost-effective solutions and alternatives.
Maintain accurate records of estimation data for future reference.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of
civil construction & infrastructure works
(buildings, roads, bridges, PEB).
Excellent understanding of
estimation, quantity surveying, and cost control
processes.
Proficiency in
MS Excel, AutoCAD, and Planswift
(or equivalent).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and negotiation abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Qualifications:
Degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent)
Minimum 5 years of experience in estimation and quantity surveying for civil/structural projects.
Experience in PEB / Steel structures will be an added advantage.
