Job Title:

Estimate Engineer

We are looking for an Estimate Engineer with 1-2 years of experience in building construction. The candidate will be responsible for project estimation, drawing management, data entry in Highrise, and preparation of regular reports to support project planning and cost control.Key Responsibilities

Create and update projects, WBS tasks, milestones, and contractor bills in Highrise. Collect, track, and manage architectural and construction drawings. Prepare task-wise material and manpower estimates as per project schedule. Estimate materials for approved customization requests and coordinate with the purchase team for quotations. Prepare and share estimate vs consumption statements with the project team. Generate weekly and fortnightly reports related to estimation, drawings, quality, and manpower.
Requirements

B.E. in Civil Engineering.

1-2 years

of experience in building construction projects. Knowledge of material estimation, manpower estimation, and drawings. Basic proficiency in MS Excel and Highrise (preferred). Good coordination and communication skills. Location: Bhubaneswar Salary:

?20,000 ?25,000 per month
