Analyze material, labor, equipment, and subcontractor costs.
Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors for quotations and rate analysis.
Prepare BOQs, rate analysis, and cost comparison statements.
Assist in tender submissions within stipulated timelines.
Evaluate project risks and propose cost-effective solutions.
Coordinate with planning, execution, and procurement teams for cost inputs.
Update and maintain cost databases and estimation records.
Support post-tender clarifications and negotiations if required.
