Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, quantity surveying, and rate analysis
Proficiency in MS Excel (advanced formulas preferred)
Familiarity with AutoCAD drawings and construction specifications
Understanding of civil works, materials, and market rates
Good analytical, numerical, and documentation skills
Strong communication and coordination abilities
Ability to meet deadlines and work independently
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs, and quantity take-offs based on drawings and specifications
Analyse tender documents, drawings, and scope of work
Coordinate with design, site, and procurement teams for accurate estimation
Prepare rate analysis, cost comparisons, and feasibility reports
Assist in tender submissions, including technical and commercial evaluations
Track material quantities and support cost control during project execution
Maintain estimation records, vendor quotations, and cost databases
Support management in budget planning and cost forecasting
