Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Prepare

cost estimates

based on drawings, BOQs, and specifications Perform

quantity surveying / quantity take-offs

Prepare and verify

running bills (RA bills)

and

final bills

Track

project costs vs. budget

and analyze variations Handle

client billing

, subcontractor bills, and certifications Manage

extra items, variations, and claims

Coordinate with site engineers, planning, and procurement teams Ensure compliance with

contract terms and payment schedules


Skills Required

Strong knowledge of

drawings, BOQs, and specifications

Proficiency in

MS Excel

,

AutoCAD

, and estimation software (e.g., Primavera, Candy, PlanSwift) Understanding of

contracts, measurements, and billing procedures

Analytical and numerical skills Attention to detail and documentation accuracy
Educational Background

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in

Civil Engineering

or relevant discipline Certifications in

Quantity Surveying

or

Project Management

are a plus
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
