Job Description

The Estimation Engineer will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, BOQs, and budgets for residential and commercial real estate projects, ensuring cost control and supporting tendering and project execution teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs, and quantity take-offs from drawings Analyze drawings, specifications, and scope of work for accuracy Prepare project budgets and cost comparisons Floating enquiries and analyzing vendor/subcontractor quotations Rate analysis for civil, finishing, and basic MEP works Assist in tender preparation, techno-commercial evaluation, and negotiations Coordinate with Design, Planning, Purchase, and Execution teams Support value engineering and cost-optimization initiatives Track cost variations, extra items, and scope changes Prepare estimation reports and management MIS

Required Skills & Qualifications:

B.E./B.Tech (Civil) or Diploma in Civil Engineering 5-10 years of experience in

real estate / construction estimation

Strong knowledge of residential and commercial construction practices Proficient in quantity take-off and estimation software (AutoCAD, Excel, Planswift, CostX, or similar tools) Good understanding of market rates, contracts, and billing Ability to interpret drawings and specifications accurately

Preferred Experience:

High-rise residential / commercial building projects Exposure to budgeting, tendering, and cost control Coordination with consultants and contractors
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
