Job Description

Role and Responsibilities:

1. Preparation of Offers/Estimates/Quotations/ Cost Sheets

2. Preparation of estimation, quotations, offers and cost sheet for various Automation projects, mcc, PCC, pdb, drive panels. Scada, HMI system etc.

3. Interaction with Customers by telephone / email for Order Closing.

4. Entering of Purchase Orders in ERP System.

5. KOM (Kick of meeting) of Project Plan- Execution.

6. Preparation/Entering of Customer Sales Orders in our ERP System

7. Visit to Customers in and around Mumbai if required for Technical

Discussion.

Technical Skills:

1. Understanding of Enquiry received, Preparation of Bill ofMaterial, Single

Line Diagram

2. Techno Commercial Knowledge of Control Panels (Programmable Logic

Control, Motor Control Centre, Power Control Centre, Variable Frequency

Drive pertaining to Estimation.

3. Technical Knowledge of Electrical Switchgear (Siemens/Schneider/L&T),

Programmable Logic Controllers (Siemens/Rockwell/ABB), Drives

(Siemens/ABB/Rockwell)Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition

Systems Control Systems.

Skills:

Good Communication and Presentation skills
Costing and Offer Preparation
Negotiation with Client and Order Generation
Qualification:

Diploma/ B.E./B.Tech (Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation/Telecommunication)

Experience required: 2 to 5 yrs. in Similar Industry (System Integrator)
