Designation: Estimation Engineer

Experience: 2-5yrs

Industry: Real Estate

Location: Koregaon Park, Pune

Responsibilities:

Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and rate analyses for upcoming and ongoing projects.

Conduct quantity take-offs from drawings, specifications, and tender documents.

Evaluate and compare vendor quotations, market rates, and technical specifications.

Coordinate with the Project, Procurement, and Planning teams to ensure accurate cost projections.

Assist in preparing tender submissions, technical bids, and pricing sheets.

Identify cost-saving opportunities, material alternatives, and value engineering solutions.

Maintain updated records of material rates, vendor databases, and costing templates.

Review changes in project scope and update cost estimates accordingly.

Ensure compliance with company standards, accuracy norms, and documentation procedures.

Provide support during pre-bid and post-bid discussions.

Skills we looking for:

Strong knowledge of construction estimation, civil engineering concepts, and project costing.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation software (Candy/CCS, CostX, or similar is a plus).

Understanding of material specifications, drawings, and tender documentation.

Excellent analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and coordination abilities.

High attention to detail and accuracy.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.

Prior experience in residential projects is preferred
