Position Overview
Responsible for preparing cost estimates, quantity take-off, rate analysis, and BOQ documentation for new and ongoing projects.
Key Responsibilities
Review drawings and prepare accurate QTO.
Prepare detailed BOQ and cost estimates.
Coordinate with vendors for market rates.
Support tender preparation and documentation.
Prepare comparative statements and cost summaries.
Assist project teams in budget planning.
Requirements
Diploma/B.E. Civil.
3-5 years of experience in estimation.
Strong understanding of drawings and QTO.
Skills Required
Excellent analytical and calculation ability.
Strong command over Excel and estimation tools.
Attention to detail and documentation skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?45,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
