We are looking for a experienced BILLING AND ESTIMATION ENGINEER to join our dynamic team.

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented

BBS Expert

with a strong background in estimation and quantity surveying. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in interpreting structural drawings, preparing accurate bar bending schedules, and coordinating with structural engineers and site teams for execution support.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate and detailed

Bar Bending Schedules (BBS)

from structural drawings. Estimate steel quantities as per the latest IS codes and project specifications. Work closely with design, RCC, and site execution teams for seamless coordination. Optimize cutting lengths and minimize wastage for cost efficiency. Support in preparing BOQs and cost estimates for civil works. Assist in reviewing contractor BBS submissions and ensure compliance. Maintain proper documentation and version control of BBS revisions.

Required Skills:

Proficiency in

AutoCAD

, MS Excel, and BBS preparation software (e.g., RebarCAD, CADS RC, etc.). Strong knowledge of

IS codes

related to reinforcement and civil estimation. Ability to read and interpret GFC drawings, structural plans, and tender documents. Good communication and coordination skills. Attention to detail and strong analytical thinking.

Qualifications:

Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Civil Engineering. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in BBS and estimation.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
