To interpret, understand, and make Auto Cad drawings, P&I diagrams and to estimate cost, and design pressure vessels, generate the Bill of Material, etc.
Preparation of technical response/reply to tenders, bids.
To calculate cost estimates for final product designs, and release reports to supervisors, incorporating costs of labor, material, delivery and overheads.
Floating enquiries to suppliers for necessary offer backups & validating vendor offer.
. To communicate and liaise with customers with regard to drawing and design corrections and changes
Must work in close coordination with the factory and the back office, to provide production inputs to the factory and preparation of cutting layout.
Required to make complete technical coordination with the client from start-to-end of the job.
Must be able to work on multiple proposals simultaneously and coordinate with various work locations.
Work Experience-
The candidate must be a graduate in Mechanical Engineering.
The candidate must understand pressure vessels, heat exchangers, and piping, their applications, and technicalities.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience.
Working knowledge of ISO and ASME codes.
Experience with PV Elite/ AutoCAD is a plus.
