Study tender documents including drawings, specifications, and BOQs to prepare accurate cost estimates for steel structures.

Perform quantity take-offs and material estimates from structural drawings (IFC, shop, GA).

Prepare detailed cost breakdowns for fabrication, welding, painting, and erection of steel structures.

Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to obtain accurate pricing inputs.

Liaise with vendors and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations.

Identify value engineering options and highlight potential risks.

Prepare and submit tender proposals and technical/commercial documentation.

Update cost databases and historical pricing for future project references.

Attend site visits and pre-bid meetings as required.

Support post-tender clarifications and negotiations.

Standardize the estimation and costing sheets used presently in the company

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
