Job Description

Study and review project drawings and specification Prepare detailed cost estimates for civil, structural, architectural and finishing works Quantify materials, labor, and equipment requirements (BOQ - Bill of Quantities). Compare costs and prepare cost analysis sheets. Evaluate project risks and include contingencies in cost estimates. Prepare rate analysis and unit costing for items Assist in budget preparation and monitoring during project execution. Maintain an updated database of material, labor, and equipment costs. Work closely with project managers, site engineers, and procurement teams to ensure cost control.
Minimum 4 year experience preferd.
