1. Acknowledge technical queries & new enquiries (RFQs) from Customers on time.
2. Read and understand RFQ scope of work and other terms and conditions.
3. Understand the RFQ's from technical point and communicating queries to the customer through clarification format.
4. Ensure on time completion of estimation and review estimations with department head.
5. Coordination with Purchase department to get the prices.
6. Responsible for doing contract review with internal CFT team to get all the technical queries and interact with customer for any deviations required to sort out queries.
7. Coordination with other departments such as NPD, Tooling, Production, Quality to get the relevant inputs important for estimation.
8. Good knowledge on estimation in Sheet metal Fabrication & Machining
9. Good knowledge in manufacturing techniques, experience in Sheet metal Fabrication & Machining
10. Proficient in drawing reading, GD&T, manufacturing and special process specifications.
11. Good Communication and presentation skills.
Software skills
Proficient in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Microsoft office tools (Excel, Ppt, word).
