Role: Estimation Engineer (Civil)
We're looking for a sharp and committed Estimation Engineer who can transform drawings, site data, and specifications into accurate and timely cost estimates. If you enjoy solving real-world engineering problems with numbers, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
Read and interpret architectural, structural, and service drawings.
Prepare quantity take-offs, rate analysis, and detailed cost estimates.
Work closely with site teams, architects, vendors, and management for timely estimates and bids.
Assist in tender documentation, comparative BOQ analysis, and DPRs.
Update rate databases and stay aligned with PWD/CPWD SSR and market trends.
Requirements:
Bachelors in Civil Engineering.
1-5 years of relevant experience in estimation, quantity surveying, or tendering (Freshers with strong skills may apply).
Good command of
MS Excel, AutoCAD
,
Revit
and estimation tools.
Understanding of government SSRs and public sector tendering is a plus.
Clear communicator with an eye for detail and deadlines.
