Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced

Estimation/Billing Engineer (Civil)

to manage the preparation of project

cost estimates, BOQs, and client/vendor billing.

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in civil engineering, strong analytical skills, and a comprehensive understanding of construction project costing, contracts, and billing procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare

design layouts, construction drawings

, and

detailed sections

using software. Assist in

civil structure design

, including foundations, slabs, beams, and columns. Create

detailed quantity take-offs

and

prepare BOQs

based on drawings and specifications. Develop

project cost estimates

in line with industry standards and applicable codes. Revise designs and quantities based on site feedback, design changes, or project requirements. Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and site teams to ensure alignment between design and execution. Support in preparing technical documentation, tender packages, and bid evaluations.

Qualifications:

B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering. 1-3 years' experience in estimation and billing. Proficient in MS Excel, AutoCAD. Good communication and analytical skills.
