Qualification:
BE / B.Tech - Electrical Engineering (2-3 years experience) OR Diploma (DEE - Electrical Engineering) with relevant experience
Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Estimation Engineer with hands-on experience in estimation, costing, and tendering for large and medium-scale Electrical / MEP projects, preferably from reputed MNC environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare estimation, costing, and BOQs for large and mid-size Electrical / MEP projects.
Handle tendering activities, including technical & commercial evaluation.
Perform value engineering and cost optimization for projects.
Attend client and customer meetings to discuss project requirements and commercial aspects.
Support sales and pre-sales activities with accurate project estimates.
Negotiate with vendors, clients, and internal stakeholders when required.
Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and execution teams.
Key Skills & Requirements:
Strong experience in Electrical / MEP estimation & costing
Knowledge of all project categories (industrial, commercial, large MNC projects)
Excellent negotiation and client-handling skills
Strong engineering mindset for effective cost evaluation
Good communication and coordination skills

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
