Aryabhagy Builders is looking for an experienced

Estimation Engineer cum purchase

to join our team.

Education Qualification -B Tech / Diploma in civil Engineering

Experience - 5 Years in High-rise Building construction

Key responsibilities

1. Cost Analysis & Quantity take off

2. Tender Bid Preparation

3. Project Budgeting - Establishing, monitoring & updating project budgets & cost Database throughout the project life cycle

4. Technical Skills - Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS office & knowledge in Estimation software's like RIB COST X or Plan swift etc... Will be considered as an added advantage

5. Common Skills - Strong analytical abilities, negotiation skills etc...

6. Experience in giving technical supports to Customer relation department

7. RA Bills & Certification - Preparing & verifying running account bills, recording & verifying actual work done on site etc...

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
