We are seeking a Finishing & BBS Quantity Estimation Engineer with experience in high-rise residential/commercial projects.
Responsibilities:
Prepare finishing quantities (flooring, tiling, plaster, painting, facade, joinery, waterproofing)
Calculate BBS (Bar Bending Schedule) for RCC works
Verify drawings and BOQs for accuracy
Prepare quantity take-offs, rate analysis, and material reconciliation
Coordinate with site and billing teams
Skills Required:
Strong knowledge of RCC drawings and finishing specifications
Proficient in Excel, AutoCAD (Revit/BIM is an advantage)
Good understanding of high-rise construction practices
Qualification & Experience:
Diploma/Bachelor's in Civil Engineering
Minimum 2 years of experience in high-rise projects & Estimation is mandatory
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
