Job Description

Roles and Responsibility:

With help of project architects, determine the scope of a project, required items of the estimate, as well as the costs associated with the project. Review preliminary data and deliverables such as project specifications and drawings. Work out estimates based on Government Schedule of Rates and CPWD's Delhi Schedule of Rates as well as market rates. Get accurate market rates from various vendors. Prepare Tender document along with project specifications. Evaluate Tender documents. Visit site occasionally and verify contractor's work and bills.

Expertise required in:

Excel (with formula). IS code reference. Basic usage of AutoCAD. Knowledge about construction materials and interior design materials.
Experience preferred:

At least 1 year in estimation. At least 1 year is site coordination.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
